“Mindfulness and Meditation in Nature” series registration still available
We have had a few spots open up for our current Saturday-series, “Mindfulness and Meditation in Nature”.
In this program series, you will learn techniques to release stress through a variety of exercises and activities using nature as a peaceful backdrop. The program runs from 10AM to Noon, Saturdays, Oct. 3, 17, 24, 31 and Nov. 7. No session Oct. 10.
We will be using an approach that includes nature observation, tracking and awareness exercises, sketching, simple breathing and movement exercises, journaling and short meditations.”
